At GIFT MALAI, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be accepted. By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.
1. Customized Products
Customized or personalized items (including printed, engraved, or embroidered gifts) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This is because customized products are made specifically according to the customer’s request.
Refunds or replacements for customized products will be provided only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
2. Non-Customized Products
Non-customized products may be eligible for return or exchange.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof of damage or defect.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 working days, depending on the payment provider.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred due to our mistake.
5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers may be required to return the product.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before customization or processing has started.
Once customization begins, cancellation and refunds are not possible.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind after delivery
Minor color or design variations
Incorrect details provided by the customer
Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
